WIP: Build Improvements

This MR introduces:

• Reduced linkage to VTK in some of our targets.
• Libnifalcon, ftdxx, & libusb are not needed in our build unless VRPN is on.
• Remove usage of glob.

Branches off Collision Fixes & Integration Testing branch. Commits/diffs will be removed/reduced when that branch is merged.
