ENH: Vulkan display modes

NickMilef/iMSTK:VulkanDisplayModes into master
  • Closes #226 (closed) (includes POINTS and WIREFRAME_SURFACE)
  • Fixes bug with VR crashing due to uninitialized variable

Points does not currently allow the use of setPointSize(). This may be added later.
