Bug fixes and refactoring

  • Default to the blue background for better contrast
  • Automatically append the root part to boundary condition file
  • Fix the default fixed boundary condition implementation
  • Add getType() to the solver class
  • Modify the FEM example to factor fixed boundary condition implementation changes

NOTE: The asianDragon/asianDragon.config file in the example data was modified to just contain the filename of the boundary condition file. The imstk collection in data.kitware.com was updated with the change.
