Expose Fluid Material Properties

Currently many screen space fluid material properties are not controllable. It may be best if there exist a FluidMaterial subclass for these. It should then be dealt with in the VTKFluidRenderDelegate.

In VTK these properties can be found and set in the vtkOpenGLFluidMapper through the VTKFluidRenderDelegate. See here .
