Flickering of objects in Vulkan renderer when framerate goes below refresh rate

Sometimes objects start to flicker when the framerate goes below the refresh rate. This is primarily a concern for deformable objects. It appears to be caused by a synchronization issue, but I will look into this.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
