As discussed in #20111, removing cinema importing capabilties for now.
The importer only supports older specifications which are no longer
supported (nor generated from ParaView). We will bring back import
capabilites in future in a new form if needed.

This also removes some other Cinema export related code that seems to
have be partially removed in the past.
