Project manager update

John Tourtellott requested to merge john.tourtellott/smtk:project-manager-updates into master

Simplify project manager logic and fix issues, mostly to work with pending project manager plugin (which will be in a separate repository).

  • Adds smtk::project::Manager to paraview/smtk wrapper classes
  • Adds interim logic for project-export
  • As a bonus, also updates smtk::attribute::Read operator to set the resource location (which fixes label in resource-panel display)
