Minor updates needed for CMB V4 export

Need to update several items for cmb

  • Add MeshItem to smtk python module
  • Add python binding for smtk.io.ModelToMesh, so that we can optionally export model geometry
  • Also modified python binding for smtk.io.AttributeWriter::writeContents() so that Amanda can use smtk-python to write template files (for DataBrowser)
