qtAttributeView displays abstract definition instead of combo box
After pull request #332 (closed), I am seeing an incorrect display for attribute views. A simple example can be shown using the qtAttributePreview app with the CMB dakota_example.sbt template file. Using the current code, the "Method" tab doesn't display a combo-box with the derived definition types, but instead displays a label with the name of the abstract definition ("method"). (Also, clicking the "New" button crashes the viewer.)

Before PR 332 the "Method" tab displays the combo-box correctly, with each of the derived attribute definitions.

For what it's worth, my quick look at the qtAttributeView::createWidget() method suggests a possible juxtaposition between the internal m_attDefinitions and AllDefs members, however, my simple quick-fix attempt crashed horribly...
