"create faces" create overlapping faces with "all non-overlapping faces" as construction method

In ModelBuilder, create two loops with arc widget, and each loop is an edge without vertices. Start the "create faces" operator, set construction method to be "all non-overlapping faces", select the whole model to operate, then "Apply". The operator will create a face for each edge, so the two faces overlap with each other.
