Remove unneeded toolbars/actions and fix hiding.

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/cmb:hide-and-seek into master
  • Hide the "Find data..." action by default.
  • Hide the "VCR Controls" and "Current Time Controls" toolbars by default.
  • Fix hiding of "Common" and "Data Analysis" toolbars (which are now prefixed by an ampersand to indicate accelerators for keyboard navigation).
