+ Simplify the top-level CMakeLists.txt file.
+ Add logic to create the cmb package holding modelbuilder.
  The package is not yet functional, at least on macos.
+ Fix the application version number (use CMB's version, not ParaView's).
+ Fix some baseline images that have changed.
