Recipe to recreate:...The Apply button is never available on the Advanced Construction methods `vertex ids` and `point coordinates`.
The available options for `interactive widget` disappear when the advanced level is selected.
Recipe to recreate:
1) Create a new polygon model
2) Go to Edge - Create Interactively
3) Change the level to `Advanced`
4) Change the construction method to `point coordinates` (note there is no Apply button
5) Change the construction method back to `interactive widget` (note that the original options are now missing)
6) Changing the level back to `General` brings the missing options back 4.2.1https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/-/issues/160File size and Timestamp are incorrect in the File->Open dialog on Mac (Sierra)2017-10-04T12:17:25-04:00Amanda HinesFile size and Timestamp are incorrect in the File->Open dialog on Mac (Sierra)When you try to open a file from the File Menu in ModelBuiler on Mac (Sierra), all files have files size 0 and the timestamp is the current time. ![Screen_Shot_2017-10-03_at_11.12.17_AM](/uploads/ffee0633eec7e9465f05c074c258fe07/Screen_S...When you try to open a file from the File Menu in ModelBuiler on Mac (Sierra), all files have files size 0 and the timestamp is the current time. ![Screen_Shot_2017-10-03_at_11.12.17_AM](/uploads/ffee0633eec7e9465f05c074c258fe07/Screen_Shot_2017-10-03_at_11.12.17_AM.png)Alvaro SanchezAlvaro Sanchezhttps://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/-/issues/94Add selection style in user preferences2018-11-22T19:21:45-05:00Amanda HinesAdd selection style in user preferencesAllow the user to define a selection style in preferences. I tested multiple times and found out that the crash only happens when 1) Load a state file. 2) close the application.
Thanks,

I'm now testing a CI build from this month and discovered after some poking around that the settings are now stored in the `.config/Kitware\ Inc.` directory. Was this change intentional? It's very windows-esque and doesn't conform to usual Linux practice.https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/-/issues/234ColorKnee needs re-recording2022-03-31T16:37:33-04:00Aron HelserColorKnee needs re-recordingThis test depended on the ObjectPickingBehavior to click in the render window to select or de-select stuff - https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/-/merge_requests/834 disabled that behavior, and disables this test. 1. ...I made some recent updates to cmb and cmb-superbuild in order to run our modelbuilder tests. The tests now run and generate test images, however the process of saving the screenshot in paraview messes up the rendering. To reproduce:
1. Use cmb:master that includes MR !712 (Tue 30-Jul-2019).
2. In cmake, set CMB_TEST_DATA_DIR to the relevant smtk/data directory. (Note this is different than CMB_TEST_DATA_ROOT which, on my machine, is not set.)
3. Run the OpenModelFile test.
4. Check the screenshot file that is written to `testing/temporary/OpenModelFile.png`
What I see on the desktop:
![os-screenshot](/uploads/9fbba4c8b6cc3262fa79e0e4a02f5d86/os-screenshot.png)
And what gets saved by the ParaView "Save Screenshot" menu:
![pv-screenshot](/uploads/49d3991a43de0f1884af7a838ef623c4/pv-screenshot.png)
After saving the screenshot, paraview suddenly hides the faces and edges, leaving just the model vertices. Nothing in the properties panel looks different to my untrained eye.https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmb/cmb/-/issues/219Modelbuilder end-to-end testing2019-08-02T15:24:23-04:00John TourtellottModelbuilder end-to-end testingOlder versions of CMB had a half dozen "export tests" that required alot of effort to maintain, but they nevertheless gave us some sanity check when smtk code changes broke the UI.
