Qt5 plugin detection

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/cmb-superbuild:qt5-plugin-detection into master

I didn't find any Windows Qt 5.10+ installs laying around, so I don't know the Windows plugin name to use here. But that's a similar fix in its block.
