Move to ParaView that works with smtk master.

This updates the 'Stable' version of ParaView to one that has the new Point/Cell Blanking API.

This is one of three components that need to be merged at the same time.

1. This MR.
2. The cmb MR #27 (closed) that allows compilation with ParaView SHA1.
3. Merging smtk master into smtk release-v1 branch.
