Proposing a generator for Keil-uVision

The ARM/Keil uVision provides a tool for setting up; building; simulating and debugging embedded applications for a wide range of different processors and processor variants. With this comes a complex setup of processor features, memory layouts, processor sub-types - which is held in the keil project files. (*.uvproj)

To my knowledge it does not provide any make/nmake/gmake kind of tools.

Earlier attempts: https://cmake-developers.cmake.narkive.com/bTd7Mk1L/new-generator-for-keil-uvision but they did never finish it.
