CTEST_ENVIRONMENT variable not used by CTest
I have created CTest (say test.cmake) script with:
set(CTEST_ENVIRONMENT
"GLIBCXX_FORCE_NEW=1"
"GLIBCPP_FORCE_NEW=1"
"CC=gcc-4.8"
"CXX=g++-4.8"
)
This variable is being set at the begining of the test.cmake file, before ctest_start("Nightly") and other ctest_* steps.
And yet after running ctest -S test.cmake in the LastConfigure_DATETIME.log I get:
-- The C compiler identification is GNU 5.4.0
-- The CXX compiler identification is GNU 5.4.0
-- Check for working C compiler: /usr/bin/cc
-- Check for working C compiler: /usr/bin/cc -- works
...
GCC version 4.8 is available:
gcc-4.8 --version
gcc-4.8 (Ubuntu 4.8.5-4ubuntu2) 4.8.5
g++-4.8 --version
g++-4.8 (Ubuntu 4.8.5-4ubuntu2) 4.8.5
