CMAKE_CXX_STANDARD C++17 on Intel ICC 18.0
Intel added support for C++17 in ICC from version 18+

From the notes: Use compiler option -std=c++17 (/Qstd=c++17) to enable C++17 features.
It would be great to have this in order to avoid errors like:
Target "abCD_ef123" requires the language dialect "CXX17" (with compiler
extensions), but CMake does not know the compile flags to use to enable it.
