The app is created successfully, but because the `NSPrincipalClass` is set to `NSApplication`, the built iOS.app crashes on startup. AFAIK, `NSApplication` is for macOS apps. This key was not specified earlier, so this wasn't a problem.
I can create and use a custom plist.in file, to resolve my case, but I think that the default one should work.
If this is agreed upon as a problem, I can work to fix it.
