Autogen test fixes for unicode paths

Sebastian Holtermann requested to merge sebholt/cmake:autogen_uc into master
  • Fixes utf8 path processing for some Autogen tests.
  • Disables all Autogen tests that use macros shipped by Qt4 when building in a directory that contains non ASCII characters.
