Help: Clarify configure_file #cmakedefine01 syntax and behavior

The existing version of the documentation does not clearly state the difference in syntax between #cmakedefine and #cmakedefine01, specifically with regard to whether VAR takes an assignment value immediately following it.

The updated version in this pull request expands its explanation of the syntax for and behavior of #cmakedefine01 in order to remove this ambiguity.
