Help: fix typo for CTEST_CUSTOM_TESTS_IGNORE

In commit 4da5a227, the CTEST_CUSTOM_TESTS_IGNORE variable was documented with a typo.

Searching Github shows instances of the typo in committed CMake documentation mainly. Actual code seems to be using the right spelling.
