Get or create source group

Sebastian Holtermann requested to merge sebholt/cmake:get-or-create-source-group into master

Replaces duplicated cmSourceGroup get-or-create code with single cmMakefile::GetOrCreateSourceGroup method calls in

  • cmSourceGroupCommand
  • cmQtAutoGeneratorsInitializer

cmMakefile::GetOrCreateSourceGroup is a new method.

Also cmSourceGroup related methods in cmMakefile are moved next to each other.
