Add support for Tasking compiler toolsets

Tasking compiler toolsets are very popular compilers among automotive microcontroller application. Since all Tasking toolsets share a common compiler interface multiple toolsets can be supportert:

TriCore Compiler Toolset (with TriCore, ARM, MCS, 8051 and PCP architecture compilers)
SmartCode Compiler Toolset (with TriCore, ARC, MCS, 8051 architecture compilers)
MCS Complier
8051 Compiler

The compiler support would it make very easy to build embedded applications with it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
