CUDA: Support for CUDA_ARCHITECTURES all/all-major broken with NVCC 11.5+

Since !6816 (merged), using -DCMAKE_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES=all with nvcc 11.5+ fails with:

CMake Error at /.../Modules/CMakeDetermineCUDACompiler.cmake:653 (message):
  The CMAKE_CUDA_ARCHITECTURES:

    all ()

  do not all work with this compiler.  Try:

    35;37;50;52;53;60;61;62;70;72;75;80;86;87

  instead.
