VS: CLR project can't build because of changes in VS2022
A VS2022 CLR project generated by CMake shows an error message "could not find assembly 'mscorlib.dll'". Did some search and find this post: https://vsf-prod.westus.cloudapp.azure.com/content/problem/1482305/c-project-no-longer-builds-in-vs2022-could-not-fin.html
Basically, in VS2022, for using mscorlib.dll, a ManagedAssembly must be added to project file, such as: ... true
CMake's VS2022 generator may need to changed to handle this.
