cmake 3.21.0 test failure

With the new release 3.21.0, there are 2 new test failure, namely:

RunCMake.ParseImplicitLinkInfo: libstdc++ was parsed as /usr/lib64/libstdc++.a instead of stdc++.RunCMake.ParseImplicitLinkInfo.log
CompileOptions CompileOptions.log
