FindPython: Some tests fail in Fedora 31 under CI

In !5322 (merged) I updated your Fedora 31 CI base image and enabled a bunch of tests for find modules. However, I had to leave out FindPython tests because not all of them pass. See code here.

The tests are enabled in the debian10 job where they do pass.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
