CMake Windows Installer Needlessly Wants Admin Privileges

The .msi installer prompts non-privileged user for Admin password even when user selects option to "set path only for current user". I realize one can do a non-Admin install using the .ZIP distribution, but this behavior of the .msi will throw up a roadblock for some users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
