Allow specifying C++/CLI on or off for individual files
Some aspects of modern C++ aren't supported (yet?) with C++/CLI. Also, external tools (Qt's MOC comes to mind, but I've not seen it have issues) may not support the extended syntax. Because of issues like this, it can be desirable to have C++/CLI enabled for some source files in a target and disabled for others. This can be done in Visual Studio, but with CMake, it seems it requires manually meddling with the compile flags for these files instead of enabling/disabling the relevant properties with set_source_files_properties
