[CUDA clang compiler] Automatic tests failed for clang compiler

Hi, I'm testing the new feature allowing clang as CUDA compiler using cmake version 3.17.20200602-g961ca77 from gitlab master branch.

The cuda compiler automatic tests fails with the followings.
