No way to specify default directory permissions with cmake --install

With the cmake_install.cmake script, you can specify the variable CMAKE_INSTALL_DEFAULT_DIRECTORY_PERMISSIONS, but there is no way to specify this with cmake --install. This could be done with a --default-directory-permissions argument.
