The FindJNI module does not expose libjsig for linking

https://discourse.cmake.org/t/findjni-and-libjsig/1070

When programming with the JNI, libjsig is needed if any other part of the program overrides the signal handlers for SIGSEGV and a couple others. FindJNI should expose libjsig as part of JNI_LIBRARIES and possibly as its own variable, maybe JAVA_SIG_LIBRARY.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
