vs_link_dll silent failure when --intdir is not present
If you run cmake -E vs_link_dll --intdir=CMakeFiles/a.dir -- <whatever> but a.dir does not exist, CMake will fail with error code -1, when it should just create a.dir. Alternatively, some kind of error should be shown.
