I constantly receive this error when I try to build using CMake. I am using msvc 2017 and Windows 10. Regardless of the project I attempt to build, CMake fails to successfully build. the error in the CMake GUI is Debug;Release;MinSizeRel;RelWithDebInfo and thew log file has The system is: Windows - 10.0.16299 - AMD64 in it.

I am trying to build CGAL, and Yaml.

Can assistance be given to address this?
