CMake forces rc.exe resource compiler option.
newest rc.exe (resource compiler) doesn't supports /nologo option. only emits "RC : fatal error RC1106: invalid option: -ologo"
I also tried to set CMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE option true. still doesn't work. it still emits error.
