When Building CMake with VS2017, all compiler features are detected as missing

In cm_cxx_features.cmake, the conditional OUTPUT MATCHES "[Ww]arning" always returns true. I'm unsure if this impacts other versions at the moment.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
