C#/Mono support for linux

At the moment I get the message "C# is currently only supported for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and later. CMake Error: CMAKE_CSharp_COMPILER not set, after EnableLanguage. " Since under linux C# / Mono can be used, it would be nice to get it working under linux too.
