Syntax error in included file leads to misleading "include could not find load file:"
Experimenting with a new project-specific module which, in its first revision, sadly, has a syntax error. cmake reports this:
CMake Error: Error in cmake code at
/home/dmick/.../cmake/modules/CTags.cmake:12:
Parse error. Expected "(", got newline with text "
".
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:616 (include):
include could not find load file:
/home/dmick/.../cmake/modules/CTags.cmake
(the ellipsis are redactions). Clearly, it can find the file, it just doesn't like it. which is fine, it just shouldn't transmute that into "can't find it".
$ cmake --version
