New CSharpUtilities module documentation is incorrect

Noticed a copy and paste error in the documentation for the new CSharpUtilities module in CMake 3.8.0-rc2:

The documentation for csharp_set_designer_cs_properties should be something other than "Sets source file properties for use of WPF/XAML. Use this, if your CSharp target uses WPF/XAML" as that text belongs to csharp_set_xaml_cs_properties.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
