Fix minimal package build of qt-viewer
A minimal build of a Mac app of qt-viewer on a clean MAC OS system, using homebrew as a package manager does not work, where minimal is defined as cinema_python not including optional modules (VTK, Paraview, etc.) as noted in the qt-viewer README.
- On a clean mac, I install qt-viewer, cinema_python (and required, but not optional packages) using the commands below.
- After adding appropriate paths to PYTHON_PATH env var, I can then run the application fine with 'python Cinema.py' (not fully tested, but it opens many databases as expected).
- When I run the packaging script 'python setup.py py2app', the dist/Cinema.app is created, but when I run this, it fails with errors.
For context, my minimal build on a clean system is attached as a pdf. homebrew.pdf
py2app output: py2app.output
Runtime errors: cinema.app.output
