This adds the Paths class to smtk/common for
obtaining paths to search for workers and a few other
required utilities.

It renames smtk-remote-model to smtk-model-worker to be
consistent with smtk-model-server and adds a test that
should generate a worker file that can be used by
the unitRemusBridgeConnection.
