README: Update alternatives comparison

Eric Cousineau requested to merge EricCousineau-TRI/autopybind11:feature-update-alt-doc into master

Rename "PyBind11" to "pybind11" (what the project actually uses)

Was skimming through, and I think there are some places that the comparisons could be improved / expanded on.

Does this look viable to merge in? I'd love to point some of the pybind11 folk at this, and potentially have some form of this comparison even live in the pybind11 docs themselves (once the interface settles?).
