The vtkMatrix3x3 is a copy-paste of the vtkMatrix4x4, and a lot of what was
copied from vtkMatrix4x4 was cruft.  Now that vtkMatrix4x4 has been cleaned
up, the same is needed for vtkMatrix3x3.
