This branch fixes a misconception about ports and waveguides, which are synonymous. So the Port tab is removed, and a port is written out for each boundary condition of type Waveguide. (The label "Waveguide" was also changed to "Port" in the UI). This branch also adds the missing option to specify the prefix name for mode files

Update AdH writer to current SMTK mesh-export API

Last week (~Oct 5) the smtk mesh-export functionality was updated to provide a more general interface. Since the AdH python-export scripts use that functionality, they need to be updated to call the new API. In the process of tracking this down, a redundant call in shallow-water script was also discovered and removed.
