All components must now provide a constructor whose
first argument is a JSON object. This will be used
for read operations.

New operations introduced:
+ Create – create an empty markup resource
+ Read – read a markup resource from a file
+ SetName – rename a markup resource or any of its components

Domains and nodes are not yet properly serialized,
but a basic JSON object is written that includes the
SMTK string manager state.

This commit also tracks the change in SMTK that passes
a Managers instance to read/write/create methods (and
to operations).

... so that the test compiles and runs with autogenerated code.

This requires Ryan's branch for smtk::graph::Resource changes.
