ParaView's VisIt bridge enables several readers that are developed in
the VisIt project, including a reader for UNIC files. This reader
allows ModelBuilder to post-process Proteus-SN output files directly.

Capstone and Cubit are closed-source projects. As such, this MR allows
a user to point to an external Capstone or Cubit instance for use by
consuming applications in the superbuild. Additionally, Kitware
developers who have access to Kitware's internal shared storage  can
pull these projects automatically for the internal development of dependent
applications.

The latest common superbuild has an update to boost's build
configuration that makes it compatible with Xcode 10.2.

Xcode 10.2 is not compatible with the current nlohmann_json, so we
move to nlohmann_json's latest master.
