aeva-cmb binary does not seem to come with a template attributes file (*.sbt)

Applies to "aeva-1.1.0-Linux-64bit" on "Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS"

Distributed binary does not include an sbt file to test attributes. One that supports Foundational Model of Anatomy and some common data elements, e.g. demograhics info on donor/subject that can be applied to a resource, will be useful. I believe such a file already exists. Also, is there a way to create a custom attribute, e.g. may be to allow user-defined metadata for any selected object?
