We need to point to the ParaView Plugins/ directory for fixup_bundle to
correctly include Plugins .dylib in VeloView.app

On OSX lesser than 10.10, with newer Xcode, setting the 10.11 sdk
makes corewlan failing to build within bearer plugin (fails to link to opennssl).
Not setting it manually resolves the issue.

We should evaluate usage on linux and mac before adding universally.

This is needed to support execution in project directory.
