ENH: This is the single-source-file version of SQLite 3.4.1.  Before we add these to the build there are several hundred compile-time warnings that will be fixed.  I'm adding the files before we fix them so we can have CVS track the changes and generate diffs to submit back to the SQLite maintainers.

COMP: build and link on BlueGene, everything including the python modules linked static
STYLE: fixed some typos in comments
